What SwingSmith measures

A transparent list of the visible movement checks configured in the current P10 analysis. The count changes with the camera view; one video does not receive every check in both lists.

How to read the count

Checks are not the same as measurement types

SwingSmith reviews ten P10 swing positions. A measurement such as balance, head drift, or weight shift can be checked at more than one position. Each position-specific evaluation counts as one check; the underlying movement is one measurement type. The camera view determines which list applies.

Important limits

These are phone-video movement estimates

  • They are not launch-monitor ball-flight measurements or tour-level 3D biomechanics.
  • A check can be skipped when the camera angle, framing, or visible body landmarks are not usable.
  • The result should narrow practice to one visible priority, not claim that one clip proves every swing pattern.
