How Iron 5 handles app data.

Depending on how you use the app, Iron 5 may collect:

• Account information such as email address, authentication identifiers, display name, and profile settings.
• Fitness, lifestyle, nutrition, preference, challenge, streak, check-in, and progress information you enter or generate in the app.
• User content such as notes, proof entries, meal logs, fridge scan images, progress photos, and other content you choose to submit.
• Device and notification information such as app version, operating system version, notification preferences, and push tokens.
• Purchase and membership information when subscriptions, credits, or other paid features are enabled through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another supported provider.
• Usage, analytics, diagnostic, and security information used to run, protect, and improve the app.

• To create and manage your account.
• To deliver daily plans, workouts, meal support, check-ins, reminders, challenges, progress views, and membership access.
• To provide AI-assisted features such as fridge scans, macro estimates, and progress reviews when you use those features.
• To send reminders, lifecycle messages, and service notices based on your preferences.
• To provide customer support, process account deletion requests, and respond to privacy inquiries.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Iron 5 does not sell your personal information and does not use third-party advertising networks for behavioral advertising. We may share information with:

• Service providers that host, secure, analyze, or operate the app.
• Payment and app store providers that process purchases and subscriptions.
• AI and infrastructure providers used to deliver app features you request.
• Support, legal, compliance, fraud prevention, or safety partners when needed.
• Authorities or other parties if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Iron 5 may ask for camera or photo library access only when you choose to use features that need it, such as fridge scanning or proof photos. You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings.

AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on Iron 5 as medical, nutrition, mental health, or emergency advice.

We keep account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the app, resolve support issues, maintain security, satisfy legal duties, prevent fraud, and keep financial records.

You can request account deletion from inside the app or at /iron5/delete-account.html. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data from active systems unless retention is legally required, such as payment, tax, security, or fraud records.

• Use device settings to manage camera, photo library, and notification permissions.
• Use the app profile screen to access privacy, terms, support, and account deletion controls.
• Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help where applicable law provides those rights.

Iron 5 is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Iron 5, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
