The rules for using Iron 5.

By accessing or using Iron 5, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you use Iron 5 on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account.
• You can request account deletion from inside the app or at /iron5/delete-account.html.

Iron 5 provides fitness, nutrition, accountability, habit, and coaching-related information for general wellness and educational purposes. It is not medical, mental health, nutritionist, physical therapy, emergency, or professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether workouts, nutrition changes, reminders, challenges, or other app suggestions are safe and appropriate for you. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing fitness, diet, recovery, or health-related routines, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or other risk factor.

Iron 5 may use AI-assisted features to generate meal ideas, macro estimates, fridge scan output, weekly progress reviews, and other recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should review and use your judgment before acting on AI-generated output.

• Paid features may include memberships, credits, coaching access, challenge access, or other in-app purchases.
• Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by that app store account and its billing rules.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew until cancelled through the app store account used for purchase.
• Deleting your Iron 5 account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription. Manage subscriptions through Apple or Google account settings.
• Refund requests for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google unless another payment provider is clearly identified at checkout.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as notes, photos, proof entries, meal logs, challenge updates, and support messages. You give Iron 5 permission to host, process, display, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the app.

Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use, that violates another person's rights, or that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping, abuse, fraud, or disruption of Iron 5.
• Do not use Iron 5 to harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Do not rely on Iron 5 for emergencies or urgent medical, safety, or mental health situations.

Iron 5, its branding, app design, software, text, graphics, workflows, and related materials are owned by Iron 5 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Iron 5 intellectual property to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, misuse the service, engage in fraud, or if continued access would create legal or safety risk. You may stop using Iron 5 at any time and may request account deletion.

Iron 5 is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Iron 5 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Iron 5 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
