SwingSmithPro Terms of Service

What this service does

SwingSmithPro is a limited-access creator publishing service operated by SwingSmith. It lets approved members use a separate workspace to connect social accounts, prepare their own posts, review publishing choices, and publish now or at a time they select.

TikTok Direct Post will only be available after TikTok reviews and approves the integration. Other connected platforms may have their own review, feature, and account limits.

Your account and connected profiles

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. Connect only social accounts that you own or have clear permission to manage.

Your creator workspace is separate from other creator workspaces. Do not try to access another user's workspace, account connection, media, draft, or publishing history.

Your content and publishing choices

You keep ownership of the media and copy you add. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, schedule, and send that content to the platforms you choose.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for every image, video, sound, person, brand, and claim in your post. You are also responsible for following the rules of each connected platform.

The service sends a post only after you approve or schedule it. You are responsible for checking the connected account, media, caption, privacy, interaction, disclosure, and timing choices before you confirm.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, scams, harassment, illegal content, copyright infringement, account abuse, platform manipulation, or content you do not have permission to publish.

Do not probe, overload, bypass, or misuse the service, its storage, platform connections, publishing limits, or security controls.

Service limits and availability

This is a free, limited-access service. Features can change, pause, or stop while we evaluate safety, reliability, platform rules, and capacity. A connected account does not guarantee that every post or publishing option will be accepted by the destination platform.

We may limit access, storage, channels, posting volume, or membership to protect creators, platforms, and the service.

Disconnecting, deletion, and suspension

You may disconnect a social account at any time. You may also ask us to delete your creator publishing workspace and related data.

We may suspend or close access for abuse, security risk, platform violations, or repeated violations of these terms. Closing the dashboard does not remove posts that have already been published to a social platform. Those posts must be managed on that platform.

No guarantee

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted publishing, exact delivery times, platform approval, reach, engagement, or business results.
