Editorial Standard
Our publishing process is based on who created the page, how its claims were checked, and why the page is useful to a golfer—not on whether a person or an AI tool typed the first draft.

Our purpose
We publish product explanations and golf-practice guidance when they answer a real question, add useful first-party detail, and make the next step clearer. We do not publish pages simply to cover another search phrase.
SwingSmith is founded and maintained by Michael Oliver. Pages that need a personal byline or specialist review should name that person accurately; we do not invent experts or use a generic byline as a substitute for accountability.
Claims about the app are checked against the current app workflow, public store listings, and the current SwingSmith measurement catalog. We state the limits of phone-video estimates and do not present them as launch-monitor data or tour-level 3D biomechanics.
Biomechanics, coaching, competitor, pricing, and research claims should link to primary research or the official source whenever possible. Dates and versions should be included when a fact can change.
AI tools may help organize research or draft language. A person must still review the page for accuracy, usefulness, sourcing, unsupported claims, authorship, and fit with the current product before it is published or returned to search results.
Corrections
If a page contains stale offers, unsupported product claims, broken sources, unclear authorship, or drafting debris, we correct it or remove it from search while it is reviewed. We keep old URLs reachable when that prevents useful links from breaking.
Questions or corrections
Send the page URL and the claim you believe is wrong. We will compare it with the current product or source before updating the page.
