These terms govern use of SwingSmith services, website, and mobile applications.

Use of service
SwingSmith provides golf swing analysis and coaching tools for informational and training purposes. You are responsible for how you apply this information.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans and in-app purchases follow the terms and billing rules of the platform where you purchased them. You can cancel recurring subscriptions through your app store account settings.
Content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give SwingSmith the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, store, and display that content to operate the service and deliver your requested results. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content you do not have permission to use.
Optional Swing Contribution Program
At the beginning of your app experience, you may make a one-time choice to join the Swing Contribution Program. If you select Count my swings in, every swing video you upload while enrolled may be used to test, train, and improve SwingSmith analysis systems and in SwingSmith educational and marketing materials. Your permission includes the video, swing, image, likeness, and voice of people shown. You give SwingSmith a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit, excerpt, display, distribute, and create related materials from eligible videos for those purposes. No payment or attribution is promised unless we separately agree in writing.
Your permission and withdrawal
The program is optional and is not required for analysis, account access, or paid features. By joining, you confirm that you own each uploaded video or have all permissions needed from every person shown. If a minor appears, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian authorized the use. You may leave or rejoin in Profile or by emailing [email protected]. After you leave, future uploads are excluded. We will stop new uses of existing videos where reasonably possible, but cannot recall distributed, reposted, or cached materials or reverse improvements already learned by a trained system.
Termination
We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations. You may request account deletion any time at /delete-account.
